Innovation Saskatchewan is a government agency that provides recommendations and advice to the Government of Saskatchewan regarding its strategic direction in the areas of research, development, science and technology. Innovation Saskatchewan recently aligned with Innovation Place research and technology parks in Saskatoon and Regina to create a single innovation agency — together we will continue to help grow and support Saskatchewan’s vibrant tech ecosystem.


We are currently seeking a Business Development Administrator to join our Business Development team. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, this position will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing internal and external programs and events for the Regina park community in collaboration with our Property Management and Business Development teams
  • Acting as Regina lead and point person on information and functionality for our tenant communication app
  • Coordinating meeting room and event administration for our Regina park community
  • Providing the Regina Property Management team and the Business Development team with leasing and administrative support
  • Providing reception coverage as needed

  • Exceptional communication skills and strong organizational techniques and skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high pressure situations
  • Computer literacy and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Three years of experience as an administrative assistant in an office environment
  • Completion of a post-secondary administrative assistant program preferred
