STSI Applications
In order to apply to the STSI Program, select one of the following applications:
- Individual and Corporate Investor Application - for those investing as an individual person or corporation
- Technology Startup Application
- Limited Partnership Application
- Venture Capital Corporation Application
Please note:
- All applications must be submitted through the STSI portal. Applications will not be accepted in any other form.
- All attachments must be under 5MB. If the attachment is over 5MB, your information will not be submitted.
- You will receive an email confirmation if your application was successfully submitted. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Program Manager.
